Personal Documentation
All passengers must have a valid NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT or physical PASSPORT on the day of the flight. Additionally, each passenger will assume the consequences and costs of any penalties that may apply for not complying with this requirement and will not be able to make any claims or hold Hangar Uno responsible afterwards.
Punctuality
Passengers must take the necessary precautions to arrive at the airport at least 30 (thirty) minutes before their flight time to avoid delays with check-in, payments, etc. The grace period for any delay is 15 (fifteen) minutes past the scheduled time. After this time, the flight will be canceled, and the penalty corresponding to the total reservation amount paid will be charged. Please note that if other activities are scheduled, any delay affects the rest of the schedule. It is better to wait a few minutes at the airport than to arrive late and miss your flight.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
The payment of the reservation DOES NOT freeze the final price of the contracted tour. Any change requested by the client for a reserved and confirmed flight (whether date, time, itinerary, destination, or other) will be subject to the aircraft's availability and any additional costs that may apply. The request must be made at least 48 hours before the flight date. If there is no availability to make the requested change and the client cannot comply with the originally reserved itinerary; or in case of not accepting a fare modification due to the requested change, the service will be canceled, and a PENALTY corresponding to the retention of the paid reservation will be applied. Hangar Uno is not responsible and is exempt from all unforeseen delays caused by air traffic control. Should these occur, the company is prepared to reschedule the flight. In case of cancellations or rescheduling by Hangar Uno, the total amounts paid will be refunded. In the event of adverse weather conditions on the day of the flight, Hangar Uno will contact passengers as close as possible to the scheduled time to determine if the flight can take place. The pilot determines if conditions prevent the activity from taking place. If the flight cannot proceed, it will be rescheduled at no cost. If a cancellation and refund of a contracted service are requested, a penalty will be charged as compensation for administrative expenses, and the remaining amount will be refunded. The process may take 7 to 10 days.
Duration of the Activity
The planned duration for each tour is INDICATIVE and may vary based on permits obtained, the route authorized by air traffic control, weather conditions, and other factors beyond the control of Hangar Uno. Since the duration of each tour is calculated based on the time elapsed from the engine startup to the shutdown of the aircraft engine, the specific flight time may be shorter than the total duration of the activity, as this total duration also includes ground time necessary for performing pre-flight or post-flight procedures and maneuvers before takeoff and/or after landing. The specific flight time may also be LONGER than the total duration of the activity. In such cases, any additional flight time will be charged at the end of the flight.
