Tours run Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The detailed price of each tour or experience is for the full flight, and the number of passengers varies depending on the service.

The minimum age allowed is from 5 years old.

The cost includes the passengers of each tour. If you want a tour for more passengers, do not hesitate to contact us.

Personal documentation

All passengers must have NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT or PASSPORT A valid physical pass on the day of the flight. Furthermore, each passenger will assume the consequences and costs of any penalties applicable for failing to comply with this requirement and will not be able to make any claims nor hold Hangar Uno liable at a later date.

Punctuality

Passengers must take the necessary precautions to arrive at the airport at least 30 (thirty) minutes before your flight time to avoid delays with check-in, payments, etc. The tolerance for any delay is 15 (fifteen) minutes after the scheduled time. After this time, the flight will be canceled and a penalty corresponding to the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Please keep in mind that, if there are other scheduled activities, any delay will affect the rest of the program. It is better to wait a few minutes at the airport than to arrive late and miss your flight.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Payment for the reservation does NOT freeze the final price of the contracted tour. Any changes requested by the client for a booked and confirmed flight (date, time, itinerary, destination, or other) will be subject to aircraft availability and any additional costs that may apply. The request must be made with a minimum of 48 hours prior to the flight date. If there is no availability to make the requested change and the customer is unable to fulfill the originally booked itinerary; or if a fare change resulting from the requested change is not accepted, the service will be cancelled and a penalty corresponding to the retention of the paid reservation will be applied. Hangar Uno is not responsible for and is exempt from all unforeseen delays caused by air traffic control. Should these occur, the company is prepared to reschedule the flight. In the event of cancellations or rescheduling by Hangar Uno, all amounts paid will be refunded.

Adverse weather

In the event of adverse weather on the day of the flight, Hangar Uno will contact passengers as close as possible to the scheduled time to determine whether the flight can take place. The pilot determines whether conditions prevent the activity from taking place. If the flight cannot be carried out, it will be rescheduled free of charge. If a cancellation or refund is requested for a contracted service, a penalty will be charged to compensate for administrative expenses, and the remaining amount will be refunded. The process may take up to 7 to 10 days.

Duration of the activity

The estimated duration of each tour is indicative and may vary depending on the permits obtained and the route authorized by air traffic control, weather conditions, among other factors beyond the control of Hangar Uno. Since the duration of each tour is calculated based on the time elapsed from the aircraft's start-up to engine shutdown, the specific flight time may be less than the total duration of the activity, as the latter also includes the time on the ground required to execute procedures and maneuvers prior to or after takeoff and/or landing. It may also be LONGER than the total duration of the activity; in this case, any excess flight time will be charged at the end of the flight.
